Cancellation Policy

A credit card will be requested for all bookings exceeding one hour of service. All appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance for your convenience. We request that you provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. This courtesy allows the salon ample notice to schedule clients currently awaiting service. In the event of a missed appointment the card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee. We understand emergencies come up unexpectedly. If you were unable to make your appointment due to an emergency circumstance, please contact a member of our management team. 


Thanks for visiting Ensuring the privacy and security of our clientele’s personal information is of utmost importance to us. The following privacy and security policy details the collection and use of any personal information the store may obtain.

Collected Information

Cloud 9 will ask clients for contact information such as name, address, email address, and telephone number for which stylists can schedule and confirm appointments; as well as provide clients with current specials on products and services. Billing information will be collected for purchase or payment of products and services and may be stored on our internal system and/or secure web server.

Cloud 9 does not sell your personal information or share it with any third party! Cloud 9 may be required to disclose specific personal information about you if requested by law enforcement, governmental agency, or court order if based on our good faith belief, it is necessary to conform or comply with such.

Our Email List

Clients are encouraged to sign-up on our email list to receive advanced notice of new merchandise as well as Cloud 9 news. Email addresses collected at are only used internally. We respect privacy rights of our clients and will not sell, rent, or disclose your email address to any other third party company. Clients can opt to be removed from this email list by following the instructions sent with each email.


At Cloud9 Spa Salon we believe in and stand behind the products we use. We are happy to offer these products for purchase to clients for use in their daily regimen. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchased from our salon, we do accept returns within 30 days of purchase. For a full refund the product must be unopened and presented with a receipt. If the product is gently used or a receipt cannot be presented, we will provide you with in-store credit.


We know your children are great little people, but not all children are created equal. For the safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and our guests, we appreciate your support and understanding of our guidelines regarding having your children in the salon and spa. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.

  • Children 10 yrs old and younger are welcome on the salon floor when receiving a service.

  • Children 10 yrs old and younger are allowed in the Spa with guardian supervision when receiving a service.

  • Due to the use of hot tools, sharp tools, and chemicals on the salon floor, for your child’s safety and protection, we ask that NO children be present on the salon floor when not recieving a service. This includes in strollers, empty salon chairs, or in your lap.

  • Well behaved children are welcome to stay seated in our Guest Service/Retail area. However, the guardian of any disruptive or especially loud or messy child will be asked to remove the child from the salon out of respect for your stylist and other guests.

  • Cloud 9 does not, under any circumstance, assume responsibility for the well-being of your child during your visit. The guardian assumes all liability for any damages to the retail area during your visit.
